You should have received a tracking number by e-mail when your shipment was dispatched. If you did not receive a tracking number, you can view your current order status here:

If you signed up for an account, you can cancel an order in your order history on your account page. If you are a guest, you can fill out the form below and I will assist you manually.

There should be an RMA request form in your user account too.

If you run into any problems (or do not feel like trying to navigate the website) you can always email me. I ran this business entirely by phone and email for 2 years. There is nothing wrong or inconvenient about wanting a personal experience. You can even place orders over email if you prefer!
