A capsule is B-Stock when it has:

A. A cosmetic defect or

B. both sides work well, but differ more than 1dB in sensitivity or

C. one side works but the other is damaged.

B-Stock capsules are not sold as-is with no warranty. You are guaranteed at least 1 working side if you purchase a B-Stock capsule. Otherwise, it'd be a reject! B-Stock capsules are eligible for returns or replacements.
