Hey guys! The capsules are all done, and about 30 shipped out to customers and were fine, but the remaining ones were affected by an issue where a new batch of spacers received was too soft. This caused the spacer between the two halves of the capsule to squish outwards, widening the vent and making bass inconsistent.

These tested normally on our end, but the spacers deformed over time. The capsules otherwise test fine, so right now the die shop is cutting new spacers with shipped-in film. I will be reassembling all the capsules myself, and then they'll all go out to you. This process should take about 3 weeks.

Lesson learned. From now on, we won't assemble using anything that I didn't personally ship in.
